3. Google API and Gmail Data Use
SGS NETWORKS may use Google APIs when a user connects a Gmail account to an SGS NETWORKS service.
When Gmail is connected, SGS NETWORKS uses Gmail API access only to send business emails that users initiate or configure through SGS NETWORKS services, such as invoices, receipts, payment notices, document delivery messages, customer notifications, and related business communications.
SGS NETWORKS does not use Gmail API access to read, search, download, analyze, or store the contents of a user's mailbox.
SGS NETWORKS does not sell Google user data.
SGS NETWORKS does not use Google user data for advertising.
SGS NETWORKS does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, protect against security threats, or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
OAuth refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form. Access to integration credentials is limited to backend services that require them to provide the connected functionality.
4. Email Sending
When a user connects a Gmail account, SGS NETWORKS may send emails using that connected Gmail account according to the user's configuration and permissions.
The sender address, reply-to address, email templates, and email settings may be configured within SGS NETWORKS services. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to send email from the configured sender address.
5. Third-Party Services
SGS NETWORKS may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, email providers, cloud hosting providers, and other business platforms.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. SGS NETWORKS is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate SGS NETWORKS services
- With authorized users within your company or organization
- When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of SGS NETWORKS, our users, or others

Integration credentials may be removed or disabled when a user disconnects the related service or when an administrator removes the integration.
