3. Company Data
You retain ownership of your company's business data.
By using the Services, you grant SGS NETWORKS permission to process, store, transmit, and display your data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

4. Email and Google Gmail Integration
Some SGS NETWORKS Services allow users to connect a Gmail account using Google OAuth.
When a Gmail account is connected, SGS NETWORKS may use Gmail API access to send business emails that users initiate or configure through the Services, including invoices, receipts, payment notices, document delivery messages, customer notifications, and related business communications.
SGS NETWORKS does not use Gmail API access to read, search, download, analyze, or store mailbox contents.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have authority to connect the Gmail account
- You have authority to send email from the configured sender address
- Email recipients have a valid business relationship or lawful basis to receive the communication
- Your email content complies with applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy laws
You may disconnect Gmail access through the applicable settings page or by revoking access from your Google Account.
5. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party services, including Google, Stripe, cloud hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, and other business platforms.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
SGS NETWORKS is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, account restrictions, data loss, payment processing errors, or other issues outside SGS NETWORKS' control.
6. Payments and Payment Processing
Some Services may support payment-related workflows through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
SGS NETWORKS is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
You are responsible for verifying payment settings, payment instructions, tax treatment, customer billing information, and related legal or accounting obligations.

SGS NETWORKS' total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid to SGS NETWORKS for the applicable Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
